§ 31.0809. Renewal of Permits.

Permits shall be renewed annually by the Health Officer upon application of the permittee if the permittee proposes no substantial change in the content of the permit, and if the Health Officer determines that the permittee has during the period of the expiring permit operated in conformity with the provisions of this Chapter and the rules and regulations of the Department, and that he or she is capable of continuing operation in conformity with the rules and regulations of the Department.
