§ 33.0619. Backflow and Cross-Connection Control.

Every person or entity furnishing or supplying water to users shall, by approved methods, prevent water from unapproved sources or any other substance from entering the domestic water system, and shall conform to the standards of Administrative Code Title 17, Division 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter 1, Group 4, Articles 1 through 4, “Cross-connection Control.”
