SECTION 1. There shall be one judge and one constable for each judicial district containing a justice court. | JUDGE AND CONSTABLE FOR JUSTICE COURT | SECTION 2. Justice Court judges and constables shall be nominated and elected at the times and in the manner and for the terms provided by general law. Vacancies in the office of judge or constable of a justice court shall be filled by majority vote of the Board of Supervisors for the unexpired term. | NOMINATING, ELECTING, FILLING VACANCIES IN JUSTICE COURT | SECTION 3.
